Position Overview:
As a Sales Consultant for Tax Solutions at Tax Relief Helpers, you will be instrumental in assisting individuals and businesses in overcoming their tax challenges. We are looking for candidates with some sales experience who thrive in a phone-based sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Connect with prospective clients via phone to comprehend their tax challenges, offering them a clear insight into our services and how we can support them. We focus solely on warm leads, eliminating cold-calling.
  • Needs Evaluation: Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients' tax situations to pinpoint their specific requirements and determine the most suitable tax resolution services.
  • Service Presentation: Clearly communicate the advantages of Tax Relief Helpers' services, customized to meet the client's needs, to effectively close sales and assist clients in regaining their financial peace.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure precise and thorough documentation of client interactions and transactions, complying with all regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Sales Development: Strive to meet and surpass sales objectives while upholding a high standard of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ongoing Education: Keep abreast of industry developments, tax regulations, and our offerings to provide clients with accurate and current information.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside colleagues and sales managers to exchange best practices, strategies, and insights to enhance sales performance.
  • Client Representation: Act as an advocate for clients throughout the sales journey, ensuring their needs are addressed and they receive the necessary assistance.
