As a member of the New Member Enrollment Sales team, you will play a crucial role in transforming the lives of individuals by guiding them towards innovative digital financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with warm leads daily using an outbound auto-dialer; experience with high-volume calls is advantageous.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach, demonstrating empathy while educating potential members about our debt resolution services, addressing objections, and closing sales efficiently.
  • Facilitate the application process by gathering necessary documentation and collaborating with underwriting teams to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of one year of successful sales experience in a call center environment.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in making outbound calls to warm leads.
  • A strong grasp of the consultative sales process with a proven track record of exceeding sales objectives.
  • The ability to think quickly and respond empathetically to member needs.
  • Effective time management skills to meet sales goals and manage lead databases.
  • A competitive spirit and a drive to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

The total compensation for this role ranges from $65,000 to $100,000 annually, plus bonuses and benefits. This figure represents the expected earnings based on base pay and uncapped commissions.
