Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Solutions Consultant to join our Digital Power organization. This role will focus on B2B sales of IoT-enabled electrical power distribution and control solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in solution sales involving IoT hardware, software, and services designed for the distribution, monitoring, and control of electrical networks.
- Collaborate with customers, specifiers, and contractors to introduce innovative solutions to the market.
- Work alongside a diverse team of solution architects, sales specialists, engineers, and project managers to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor across various market segments, influencing the design of electrical distribution systems.
- Enjoy the autonomy to drive sales and develop solutions that align with market needs.
Candidate Profile
This position may be a fit for you if you possess:
- A passion for innovative solutions and a creative approach to solving customer challenges.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in solution selling or managing complex projects.
- Proficiency in demand creation and acquiring new customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers of varying technical backgrounds.
- The ability to thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-management skills, with the capability to multitask and quickly learn new concepts.
- Experience with electrical distribution or automation equipment is advantageous but not mandatory.
Travel Requirements
This role may require travel up to 40% to various customer sites within the North Texas region, with travel plans managed according to customer and business needs.
