Position Summary

We are in search of a Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee client projects from inception to completion. This role entails accountability for the overall success and delivery of projects. The Technical Project Manager will cultivate and manage relationships while overseeing platform implementations to guarantee that projects are completed on schedule, meet the highest quality standards, and remain within budgetary constraints. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, resource allocation, risk management, and the development of enduring client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison, collaborating closely with the Customer project sponsor and stakeholders to define objectives and success metrics.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams tasked with delivering implementations, ensuring customer goals are met on time and within budget.
  • Facilitate scoping workshops to clarify customer objectives, use cases, and measurement criteria.
  • Assist in drafting the Services Statement of Work (SOW), estimating levels of effort, and planning timelines.
  • Shape and document use cases and outcomes to align with the platform's strengths and capabilities.
  • Manage all aspects of project management, including task assignments, deliverables, scope, change requests, risk management, and escalation processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, engineering, and marketing, to ensure successful customer outcomes.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to the product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional services, customer success, project management, or consulting.
  • Experience with SAAS platform deployments, AWS/Azure Cloud implementations, AI solutions, and ML applications.
  • Proficient in defining business requirements, managing scope, and expanding services.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven understanding of the software implementation process and delivering customer results.
  • Strong grasp of change management techniques and methodologies.
