Key Responsibilities:

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Managing enrollments for our esteemed language schools across various countries.
  • Offering comprehensive guidance and insights regarding our courses and services.
  • Fostering strong partnerships with our network of agents.
  • Building collaborative relationships with colleagues at our schools, ensuring familiarity with staff and facilities.
  • Delivering proactive and friendly customer service to both agents and school personnel.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance service quality and response times.
  • Providing agents with pertinent information regarding immigration and visa regulations as necessary.
  • Overseeing your own administrative responsibilities, including documentation and data management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with a knack for problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
  • Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and data entry.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of foreign languages.
  • Previous experience in the education sector or with international students.
  • Background in customer service or sales.
  • Awareness of intercultural dynamics, with travel or study abroad experience being advantageous.
