**Key Responsibilities**

• Master the live commerce solution, staying up-to-date with its evolution and proactively communicating updates to partners

• Monitor the quality and performance of partner-delivered projects, ensuring client and partner satisfaction

• Coordinate live shopping projects, from pre- to post-live phases

• Support partners in delivering projects and tracking client usage

• Develop and implement a process for transmitting services to partners

• Create engaging content (best practices, testimonials) for partners

• Establish a certification program for partners

• Foster strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners

• Ensure partners remain engaged to retain and expand clients

• Manage project budgets and reports

**Requirements**

• At least one relevant experience in the event industry, project management in a production agency, or a specialized marketing/communication agency

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to deliver quickly on tight timelines

• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

• Willingness to travel to client locations (US and Canada) for onboarding

• US Employment Visa required

• Type of Contract: Permanent contract, full-time

• Salary: $60k-$70k + $5k bonus incentives, depending on experience
