Job Title: Business Development Manager - OE Sales
Job Summary
The Business Development Manager - OE Sales is responsible for growing sales for the Original Equipment (OE) customer base. This role focuses on communicating and executing NAPA OE initiatives, program adoption, sales promotions, and program training for OE customer segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales quota and drive business growth.
- Leverage OE Program knowledge to train Commercial Sellers, Customer Service Representatives, and other Commercial Sales teams.
- Present, communicate, and sell current and prospective OE Accounts on the benefits of the NAPA OE Program.
- Ensure proper account registrations are in place on OE accounts in assigned territories.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to provide feedback, ideas, and field insights to drive OE program adoption and sales revenue.
- Provide top-notch customer service and communication to all NAPA and OE Accounts in the territory.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the NAPA OE program and its benefits.
- Review NAPA OE monthly initiatives with the sales team to ensure a focus on the OE program.
- Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plans to achieve business growth opportunities consistent with the Company's growth objectives.
- Attend, organize, and manage key events and trade shows.
- Consistently meet or exceed yearly targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of previous selling and account management experience with a solid record of success developing new business while maintaining and growing existing business.
- A valid driver's license with no DWI convictions within the past four years and not more than three moving violations or two at-fault accidents in the last three years.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory, including overnight stays as required by the territory.
- Willingness and ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
- Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (Qlik, PowerBI, MS Office, CRM applications, etc.).
- Current role for at least six months and GPC for one year before applying.
- Last performance review should reflect meets or exceeds expectations.
- Not on a Performance Improvement Plan and/or had a written or final warning in the last 12 months.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales/marketing experience.

Physical Demands / Working Environment
- Ability to operate a company vehicle safely and effectively for extended periods of time throughout cities, job sites, major highways, and interstates (including tunnels and bridges) and in all weather conditions.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, use of hands, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to frequently attend events after hours and/or on weekends.
- Travel requirements upwards of 50% at any given time.
