Overview

Movement Strategy is seeking a highly skilled Account Supervisor, New Business Development to lead our new business efforts and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients and expand our existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships, resulting in increased revenue growth for the company.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate contracts.
  • Business Development: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and capabilities, and effectively communicate them to potential clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and account management, to ensure seamless execution of new business initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue growth, to inform business decisions and optimize new business strategies.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in a new business or account management role within the creative agency industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and acquiring new clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the creative agency industry and the ability to analyze complex business problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
