Key Responsibilities- Asset Planning and Management: Develop and implement asset plans to maximize the value of our portfolio, including lease administration, tenant relations, and property management.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our portfolio and drive economic growth in New York City.
- Project Management: Oversee the design and construction of projects, including securing funding and managing vendor relationships.
