KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the Vice-President of Marketing and Provider Relations to create and execute a strategic marketing plan aimed at increasing patient census and enhancing service delivery.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with various professional referral sources and community organizations, including healthcare providers and social services, to promote agency services.
  • Analyze referral patterns and marketing data to ensure effective outreach and report on the impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Represent the organization at community and professional events, serving as a liaison to various groups and fostering connections.
  • Engage in ongoing quality assurance processes, addressing concerns and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Assist in the development and presentation of educational programs for healthcare professionals, enhancing their understanding of hospice care.
  • Participate in agency committees and undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or public administration preferred, with substantial experience in marketing and community relations, particularly in healthcare.
  • Proven ability to design and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage diverse outreach initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Capacity to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant database software.
