About the Role

Our Customer Marketing team is dedicated to passionate advocacy for our customers. We understand their needs, tell their stories, and build relationships that drive mutual growth. As a key member of this team, you'll own and build a scalable reference program, optimize case studies, and create compelling customer content that resonates with our sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customer-centric content, including testimonials, references, and stories in various formats that showcase our customers' success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to source and create customer content, ensuring seamless integration with sales and marketing efforts.
• Design and implement operational rigor to optimize and scale our customer content programs, driving business growth and revenue.
• Craft compelling internal communications, including briefs for designers, reports on customer content performance, and detailed plans for executive buy-in.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer marketing, content marketing, and/or social media, with a track record of success in creating engaging content and building customer relationships.
• Strong project management skills, including standing up programs from scratch and scaling them, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Results-driven with a keen interest in understanding our customers' needs and how they can fuel our company's growth.
