Job Title: Senior Manager Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Marketing to join our team at Junglee Games. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategies that enhance player retention, increase player lifetime value (LTV), and reduce churn for our online rummy gaming platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retention Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive retention marketing strategy to enhance player engagement and increase the LTV of existing users.
  • Data-Driven Campaigns: Utilize player data to segment users and create highly targeted retention campaigns that resonate with each player persona.
  • Promotional Offers: Collaborate with product and gaming teams to devise retention-focused promotional offers and bonuses that align with player interests.
  • Player Segmentation: Identify high-value, at-risk, and dormant players to design customized reactivation and retention programs for each segment.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously test various retention strategies and creative elements to optimize performance and identify key drivers of retention success.
  • Budget Management: Own the retention marketing budget, ensuring that all expenditures align with the company's financial goals and priorities.
  • Spend Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently across various retention channels and campaigns, ensuring an optimal mix for maximum ROI.
  • ROI Tracking: Track the return on investment (ROI) of all retention marketing activities, analyzing the performance of campaigns and optimizing budget allocation based on performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Use data and financial metrics to regularly review retention spends and provide insights for further optimization of marketing budgets.
  • Churn Prediction Models: Leverage predictive analytics and machine learning models to identify churn risks early and design proactive retention campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in retention marketing, customer lifecycle management, or related roles.
  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience in managing and leading a marketing or retention team.
  • Budgeting Experience: Experience in managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI across various marketing channels.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in the Online Gaming Industry: Experience in the online gaming industry, preferably in rummy or other card-based gaming verticals.
  • Knowledge of Responsible Gaming Practices: Knowledge of responsible gaming practices and industry regulations.
  • Experience with Gamification and Player Loyalty Programs: Experience with gamification and player loyalty programs.
