About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our AdRoll team. As a key member of our Product Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth and customer adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute product marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to inform product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.
  4. Develop and maintain product marketing materials, including product briefs, sales sheets, and demo scripts.
  5. Work closely with revenue teams to ensure effective sales enablement and customer-facing content.
  6. Facilitate commercialization of new products and features, managing cross-functional GTM motions and ensuring teams are prepared with the necessary information and resources.
Requirements
  1. BA/BS degree required.
  2. 5+ years of total professional experience.
  3. 3+ years of product marketing, management consulting, or equivalent experience; for a Software-as-a-Service product.
  4. 1+ year ad-tech experience required.
  5. Connected TV experience preferred.
  6. Product Lead Growth experience preferred.
  7. Data-driven approach to understanding customers, gauging product adoption, performance, and customer impact.
  8. Experience managing cross-functional GTM commercialization processes, working with operations, product, revenue, and marketing organizations, and driving cross-functional alignment.
  9. Ability to navigate ambiguity and help unite others around doing the right thing for customers and long-term business objectives.
  10. Ability to drive communication processes and work effectively across cross-functional teams, with experience influencing senior leadership.
