About the Role:
Kansas Action for Children is in search of a Senior Corporate Partnership Manager to enhance and oversee the development and success of our Corporate Partnership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with authorized partners to generate leads and formulate strategic campaigns for the Sales Managers in your designated area.
- Provide essential sales training and resources to empower our partners with the necessary tools to effectively promote our services and broaden our impact.
- Work closely with the aligned Expansion and New Logo Account Managers in the region.

What You'll Do:
- Engage with channel partners and Sales Managers to navigate the sales process from initiation to closure.
- Deliver sales enablement training and partner with our Solution Architects to provide technical training to partners.
- Drive new business and expansion opportunities sourced from partners in assigned territories.
- Develop campaigns and incentives focused on key partners to stimulate growth within the corporate sector.
- Maintain communication with the management team regarding forecasts and updates.
- Become well-versed in the child advocacy sector and gain expertise in our offerings.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and articulate the value of our solutions in comparison to relevant competitors.
- May require flexibility in work hours to accommodate partners in various time zones.
- Occasional travel may be necessary for partner and customer events.

What You'll Need:
- A minimum of 5 years of comprehensive sales cycle and/or channel experience, successfully generating new business for a SaaS, Cloud, or Security solution.
- Previous experience in strategizing with Channel Partners, including Resellers and Managed Service Providers.
- Proven ability to engage in a consultative sales process and sell complex multi-product solutions to mid-sized and enterprise organizations.
- Confidence in selling to C-level Executives and Evaluator-level Engineers.
- Ability to implement a go-to-market strategy and prospect into accounts using various lead generation tools.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding performance expectations in a quota-driven role.
- Strong technical aptitude and quick learning of new business and technical concepts.
- A competitive spirit combined with a collaborative team approach.
- Excellent presentation skills, both in-person and through virtual platforms.
- A background in customer service is advantageous.
