About the Role

Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the wine and spirits industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in using business intelligence software and tools.
