Account Sales Specialist

This role is an entry-level opportunity aimed at nurturing talent to evolve into positions such as Account Representative, Aftermarket Sales Representative, Account Manager, or other sales roles that offer commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell designated products within a specific geographical area or assigned accounts.
- Collaborate in a team-oriented environment, assisting fellow sales professionals with territory management and effective communication.
- Engage in corporate and local marketing initiatives.
- Conduct sales outreach to qualify potential clients both in-person and via phone, generating leads and participating in data collection and follow-up activities.
- Participate in training sessions at local sites, in the field, and occasionally at the corporate headquarters.
- Work in conjunction with various departments within the branch to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or a related field is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a high sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and the capacity to thrive in a team setting.
- Intermediate proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the capability to safely operate lift trucks for demonstrations.
