Job Summary

We are seeking an organized, energetic, and reliable professional to join our team as a Field Sales Representative - Business Development. In this role, you will represent an industry leader in VoIP phone systems and sell to small to midsize businesses looking for calling, texting, and video conferencing functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Represent an industry leader in VoIP phone systems and sell to small to midsize businesses
  • Conduct in-person sales meetings and build relationships with clients
  • Work in a territory approximately 8 hours each working day, including weekend hours
  • Lift and carry up to 15 pounds at a time
  • Meet physical and mental demands of the job, including prolonged periods of traveling and working in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field, or at least five years of related experience
  • 2+ years of B2B field sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Proficient in using Company-issued devices and CRM systems

What We Offer

We offer a competitive base annualized salary of $56,000, plus commissions, and a benefits package including paid time off and holidays. Expected total annualized compensation can exceed $80,000.
