As the Operations Center Supervisor, you will work closely with the Executive Center Director (CED) to oversee the daily operations of our center. Your role will encompass various aspects, including production, quality assurance, finance, human resources, and information technology. You will be responsible for ensuring that the needs of the center, its medical professionals, care teams, patients, and visitors are effectively met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Executive Director (CED) in maintaining operational production targets, tracking performance metrics, and implementing necessary improvement strategies.
  • Manage operational documentation and consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
  • Evaluate labor requirements to align with business demands while supporting established production goals.
  • Facilitate smooth patient flow within the center, identifying and addressing any operational challenges.
  • In the absence of the CED, assume full responsibility for financial oversight and production objectives.
  • Ensure that financial benchmarks are met, adhering to cash management protocols and financial reporting standards.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by collecting and analyzing data to enhance quality, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with market leadership to develop effective strategies for addressing any deficiencies identified during audits.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring that the center and its staff adhere to OSHA standards.
  • Oversee inventory management to optimize efficiency and service levels while minimizing costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations, demonstrating proficiency in all staff tasks for training purposes.
  • Maintain a clean and efficient work environment, ensuring the center is adequately stocked with necessary supplies and documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong business insight and understanding of operational standards and practices.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and applicable laws relevant to the healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal, to drive team performance.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Willingness to travel between local centers and regionally as needed.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment in decision-making.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is required, or equivalent experience may be considered.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a medical or healthcare setting is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a similar environment is required.
