We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our team at StoneCrest Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Behavioral Health Unit and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing coaching and training to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
- Three or more years' experience in nursing practice required.
- Two or more years' experience in behavioral health preferred.
- One or more years' experience in a supervisory or charge position preferred.
- Current RN license as required by state.
- CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
