Client Overview:
One of our esteemed clients, a reputable healthcare facility, is seeking a Clinical Operations Supervisor to enhance their operational team. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
Contract Type: Full-Time Direct Hire (W2).Salary: $20-25+/hr, based on prior experience.Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holidays, 401K.

Job Responsibilities:
The Clinical Operations Supervisor will manage the clinical team, which includes medical assistants and front desk personnel, while also engaging in hands-on patient care. Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with internal teams to establish objectives for financial performance, clinical excellence, service quality, patient-centered initiatives, and employee satisfaction.
  • Delivering patient care services.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance operational processes, patient care standards, and overall patient satisfaction.
  • Supervising clinical staff and assessing their performance to ensure timely and accurate task completion.
  • Ensuring adequate staffing levels and managing work schedules.
  • Fostering positive relationships with team members, healthcare professionals, and administrative staff.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of the facility and its equipment.
  • Complying with regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Managing inventory for medical and non-medical supplies.
  • Upholding patient confidentiality at all times.

Required Qualifications:
  • Essential: Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, office protocols, and medical instruments.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities.
