Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at Northwest Bank. As a key member of our commercial lending team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of commercial loans, leveraging your expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial loans, analyzing financial data and creating original financial solutions to meet client goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing exceptional service to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of loan transactions and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Requirements:

  • Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial lending, with a proven track record of business development and relationship management.
  • Thorough knowledge of credit services, lending policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
