Job Title: Senior Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team in San Francisco. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our partners and managing directors, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our global financial advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate calendars, prepare travel plans, and process reports with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide administrative support across various locations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and manage schedule changes with a proactive approach.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and a positive work environment.
- Balance multiple priorities and quickly adapt to new issues, demonstrating flexibility and composure under pressure.
- Assist with email management and timely responses, ensuring prompt communication with clients and colleagues.
- Support internal and external events, contributing to the success of our firm's initiatives.
- Perform general office tasks as needed, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
- At least four years of administrative experience required; experience in a professional environment is a plus.
- Proficiency with standard office software and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Good judgment in decision-making, with the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
- Discretion in handling confidential information, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Proactive approach to customer service and collaboration with diverse individuals, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed, with the ability to adapt to various work settings.
- Capacity to adapt to various work settings, with the ability to sit or stand at a computer for extended periods.

- Occasional travel may be required, with the ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds.
