Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Insight Global. This is a 3-month contract position that will provide administrative support to our executives and their assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee administrative projects, developing timelines and ensuring tasks are completed.
  • Work with C-level executives and their assistants on administrative projects and assignments.
  • Prepare corporate decks and materials, document policies and processes, and research and onboard external vendors.
  • Coordinate departmental summits, events, and client dinners.
  • Provide backup coverage and assistance to executive assistants and office managers during breaks and absences.
  • Manage domestic travel arrangements and process detailed expense reports on a monthly basis.
  • Assist with task follow-up and meeting note taking as requested.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Experience with executive calendaring and scheduling meetings.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • High levels of initiative, organization, and reliability.
  • Must be comfortable working onsite in the San Francisco office 5 days a week.
