Job Summary

CVR Associates, INC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Project-Based Voucher (PBV) program operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for scanning and indexing documents, managing mail, assisting with waitlist maintenance, performing data entry, and filing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of participant documents and correspondence.
  • Assist with data entry and record-keeping in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure efficient and effective program operations.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably with scanning, indexing, and data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
