Job Summary

The University of California, San Francisco is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the Bixby team. This is a temporary assignment with an anticipated duration of approximately 5 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Bixby membership and onboarding processes
  • Coordinate staff development and Resource Allocation Program grant programs
  • Provide administrative support for Bixby core functions, including event logistics, scheduling, notetaking, and fundraising
  • Assist with external communications, such as web content, social media, and newsletter
  • Support the Equity and Justice Specialist and the AEISC leadership committee
  • Coordinate meetings and trainings
  • Manage correspondence and schedules
  • Oversee and update AEISC strategic planning projects and documentation
  • Provide administrative support for meetings (agendas, reports, presentations, minutes)
  • Support Community Accountability Board (communication, scheduling, and monthly meetings)
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with event planning and coordination.
