**Role Overview**

As an Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the IT department with various operational tasks. Your experience in banking and IT operations will be invaluable as you work in a professional environment that encourages continuous skill development and career advancement within the banking sector.

**Key Responsibilities**

Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing IT asset inventory management, including tagging, logging, auditing, and disposal.
  • Coordinating IT procurement processes for hardware, software, maintenance renewals, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Monitoring usage data for recurring expenses such as printers, phones, and telecommunications.
  • Assisting with IT vendor management tasks as needed.
  • Participating in regular audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to IT procurement policies.
  • Supporting helpdesk, infrastructure, software, and security teams with various projects as directed.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in banking and IT operations.
  • Proficient in PC usage, detail-oriented, and reliable.
