Key Responsibilities:
  • Source pre-owned vehicles through online channels, assessing market trends to forecast inventory needs
  • Monitor market changes and regional developments
  • Provide support and advice to Sales Associates on used vehicle acquisitions
  • Assess the valuation of pre-owned vehicles
  • Establish and meet personal income goals aligned with dealership performance standards, developing strategies to achieve them
  • Exhibit proficiency in evaluating equity and values, explaining depreciation concepts
  • Maintain a database of potential pre-owned vehicle prospects, coordinating appraisals and purchases
  • Regularly review and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly activities to improve time management and planning
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service and strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in documentation
  • Training will be provided to qualified candidates to succeed in this role
