Key Responsibilities:
  • Source pre-owned vehicles through various online channels, evaluating market trends to forecast dealership inventory needs
  • Monitor market dynamics and regional developments
  • Provide support and advice to Sales Associates on the acquisition of used vehicles
  • Assess the value of pre-owned vehicles
  • Establish and meet personal income goals in line with dealership performance metrics, devising strategies to achieve them
  • Exhibit expertise in evaluating equity and values, clarifying depreciation principles
  • Maintain a database of potential pre-owned vehicle prospects, coordinating appraisals and purchases
  • Continuously review and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly activities to improve time management and planning
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service with strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in documentation
  • Training will be provided to qualified candidates to succeed in this role
