- Stay up-to-date on market trends and changes in the geographic market to ensure optimal purchasing decisions.
- Provide expert guidance and support to sales associates on purchasing used vehicles, including appraisals and negotiations.
- Appraise used vehicles to ensure accurate pricing and maximize profit margins.
- Establish and meet personal income goals, consistent with dealership standards of productivity.
- Understand and explain depreciation, equity, and vehicle values to internal stakeholders.
