Our Sales division collaborates with a diverse range of businesses, managing key accounts and fostering their growth to help Katalon achieve its revenue objectives. The ideal candidate will oversee both straightforward, single-stakeholder transactions and intricate, multi-party sales processes in a consultative approach.

The successful applicant will possess a genuine enthusiasm for Software-as-a-Service and will thrive in environments that demand a profound understanding of products, coupled with technical expertise. A proven track record in securing substantial, complex sales opportunities is essential, reporting directly to the Regional Vice President of Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the renewal and expansion of the assigned customer portfolio within the Americas region.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and upselling within the designated territory through various strategies, including prospecting and customer engagement.
  • Develop pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the contract lifecycle while fostering trust and respect with clients and colleagues.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, client meetings, and stakeholder mapping across executive levels within the assigned accounts.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in solution sales, specifically in selling SaaS products to enterprise clients.
  • Comfortable engaging with high-level technical professionals.
  • Demonstrated success in closing large, complex sales deals.
  • Able to navigate a fast-paced and ambiguous work environment.
  • Strong interest in technology and its applications.
  • A quick learner with a high degree of energy, positivity, and curiosity.
  • Must exhibit adaptability, professionalism, courtesy, motivation, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Preferred:

  • Experience in DevOps or related tools.
  • Familiarity with software testing frameworks and automation tools is highly advantageous.
