We are seeking a seasoned Sales professional with exceptional prospecting skills within various Lines of Business (LOBs) in existing accounts, particularly in the Airlines sector. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for technology and a proven track record in developing and managing innovative technology business solutions.
Position: Senior Client Partner (Airline Sector)

Job Overview:
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 18 years of industry experience, with a focus on the Airline domain or related sectors such as Travel and Transport.
- Proven experience in executing large-scale projects for enterprises, with a preference for modernization initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication, client management, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential opportunities within existing client relationships in the Airlines/Travel sector.
- Drive growth within the existing account.
- Focus on key performance indicators such as revenue growth, margin enhancement, and quality of revenue.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a proactive hunter.
- Take ownership of opportunity identification, validation, and qualification through solution-oriented processes.
- Close sales by establishing rapport with key stakeholders, including CXO-level executives; articulate product and service capabilities; address objections; and prepare contracts.
- Expand sales within existing accounts by introducing new business lines.
- Generate revenue by exploring market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales, while recommending new solutions and services.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Contribute to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and client feedback.
- Propose new products and services by assessing current product performance and identifying unmet needs.
- Enhance job knowledge through participation in educational opportunities.
- Support marketing and organizational objectives by achieving related results as necessary.
Required Skills:
- A sales-oriented professional with at least 10 years of experience in acquiring new accounts, particularly in the Airlines sector, though experience in Travel, Transport, and Hospitality is also considered.
- Exceptional team leadership, high-energy sales execution, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrate outstanding business acumen, executive presence, and sound judgment.
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, a results-driven attitude, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit.
- Able to articulate a unique and compelling value proposition, ensuring that decision-makers understand the short- and long-term business and financial benefits of partnering with Mphasis.
- Capable of building strong relationships across Mphasis' organization with key stakeholders, including delivery teams, consulting, senior management, practice units, external vendors, and third-party advisors.
