Job Overview

The Strategic Accounts Executive will be instrumental in fostering robust, supportive relationships with a designated portfolio of Global and National clients, aiming to enhance our growth in volume and Gross Profit year-over-year or over a specified timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with key corporate decision-makers for the designated Global and National Accounts regularly
  • Coordinate national sales initiatives with respective Account Executives assigned to each region
  • Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager to enhance the sales process tailored for Global and National accounts
  • Utilize the CRM system to establish objectives, document meeting outcomes, and update Service profiles to cultivate opportunity pipelines for each account
  • Participate in monthly RSM meetings to report on progress and initiatives necessary for business growth with National Accounts
  • Drive Volume and Gross Profit growth for the portfolio of Corporate and National Accounts

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Education:

(R) High School Diploma (P) Bachelor's Degree

2. Experience:

(R) 5+ years in account management or sales support (P) 5+ years in international logistics

3. Technical Skills:

(R) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (P) Other, specify: Intermediate Excel or Higher

4. Language Proficiency:

(R) Fluent in written and spoken English (P) Proficiency in additional languages

5. Physical Requirements:

(R) Capability to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment

Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel domestically 10-20% of the time. The selected candidate must successfully complete a background check and be at least 18 years old.
