Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect for new customers through various channels, including in-person visits, phone calls, email, and social media
- Network with industry professionals to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Handle inbound leads and work closely with the sales team to close deals
- Act as a champion for customers' goals and priorities, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Guide customers through our project process, from site visits to project debriefs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Keep leadership informed of weekly sales activities through regular meetings and reports
- Work to gather reviews of our work for Google and other platforms
- Work from our office 3 days a week on average, with a 40-hour workweek expected
- Attend all Ovation staff meetings and participate in ongoing education to stay up-to-date on audiovisual systems and products
- Base salary plus commission, commensurate with experience
