Neuroscience Account Manager

Lundbeck is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Neuroscience Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving demand creation and executing sales and marketing strategies in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute fully integrated account plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Provide comprehensive clinical knowledge and support to customers, including healthcare professionals and office staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy approved services and meet customer needs
- Stay up-to-date on reimbursement dynamics and payer access issues specific to promoted portfolio
- Utilize deep understanding of Medicare payer landscape and other payer channels
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 4+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- Previous experience within a specialty product sales force
- Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience therapeutic areas
- Documented successful sales performance, including national sales awards
