About the Role

The Law360 Client Manager will be responsible for renewing corporate subscriptions, as well as increasing usage with existing customers. The Client Manager will work with the various internal sales and support teams to ensure a favorable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet sales goals within assigned accounts and revenue goals within region
  • Grow pipeline through active account management and executing a strategic account plan with the client
  • Owning the overall health and status relationship with the customer
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification through close. Promote a consultative sales motion at all levels of the organization.
  • Create targeted, solution-oriented proposals with appropriate positioning and pricing for software and services

Requirements

  • Proven B2B subscription-based renewals experience
  • Solid interpersonal and presentation skills to partner and collaborate across teams
  • Functional knowledge of negotiation process
  • Ability to work in a team selling environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Technical aptitude with computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM applications
