Job Title: Sales Account Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to join our growing team at Freije Engineered Solutions Company. This role is responsible for acquiring new accounts and managing existing ones for the sales team. Key responsibilities include finding new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and growing existing business through sales of mechanical and HVAC services to commercial and industrial facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct financial reviews and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new accounts and grow existing business
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Prospect new clients and accounts through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques
  • Develop and maintain sales pipelines and cycles to ensure consistent sales growth
  • Provide operational support to the sales team, including process quoting and estimating for PMs
  • Process pre-qualifications and provide technical support to clients
  • Provide ride-along support to sales team members and participate in ticket review and resolution
  • Support marketing campaign logistics and provide input on sales strategies
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 0 to 3 years relevant commercial experience required
  • 7 to 10 years of relevant commercial experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience required
  • Sandler sales and/or experience in managing sales pipelines and cycles preferred
  • Zig Ziglar knowledge preferred
