About the Role

As a Senior Relationship Manager at HSBC, you will play a critical role in acquiring, maintaining, and growing profitable long-term relationships with High Net Worth individuals and families. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your exceptional client relationship management skills, combined with strong risk assessment and management capabilities, to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet client needs, leveraging HSBC's product capabilities and expertise.
  • Manage client risk and ensure compliance with internal control standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking sector.
  • Proven track record of asset gathering, asset growth, and revenue generation.
  • Excellent commercial and negotiation skills, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis.
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses, or ability to obtain.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
