Key Responsibilities
  • Lead program delivery to support long-term business objectives that are complex and integrated.
  • Create clear scope definition across all areas of the program, including planning, communications, change management, and implementation.
  • Design, develop, and manage complex integrated roadmaps and delivery plans in a dynamic environment that is constantly adapting to the changing needs of the customer.
  • Partner with stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought leadership while effectively driving program delivery; produce program reporting to executive stakeholders on the status and health of the program.
  • Capture, resolve, and escalate risks & impediments to ensure that program delivery continues effectively and unencumbered; ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Support senior-level executives and create C-level presentation materials to communicate program-level status and information for various stakeholders.
Eligibility Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management.
  • Prior experience managing cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Able to manage multiple large concurrent technology programs or portfolios.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication skills essential for interacting with key stakeholders at all levels across the company (including Senior Executives).
  • Work independently to define, plan, and execute technical projects; able to distill data and articulate rationale for making difficult trade-offs and prioritizations.
  • Motivate teams (not always reporting directly to you) to solve problems and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment across multiple geographies.
  • Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive large-scale technical delivery at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience using planning and task management tools (Gantt, Jira) and common project management practices to support delivery objectives.
  • Experience working with the latest technologies (i.e., AI) is a plus.
