Key Responsibilities- Own the overall relationship with assigned Enterprise customers, including increasing overall adoption, driving revenue growth, ensuring retention, and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate on joint strategic initiatives, conference breakout sessions, and educational webinars with customers to drive awareness and demand
- Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned customer and drive continued value of our service offerings
- Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the portfolio of customers managed and develop strategies to address them
- Attend trade shows and other events to network and promote company services and build rapport with current customers
- Maintain industry knowledge by taking advantage of internal and external education; regularly communicating the impact of industry developments and trends to customers you serve; must be a continuous learner
- Advocate for customer needs and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes that improve overall customer experiences
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
- Previous experience working in the home care industry or RCM (revenue cycle management) client management experience preferred
- Quick learner and a self-starter; must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to maintain strong relationships
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong proficiency with Excel to uncover insights and PowerPoint/Canva to organize and present findings with logical storytelling
