We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Strategy Manager to join our team at Paradigm Senior Services. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our enterprise customers, understanding their objectives, and ensuring their continued success with our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the overall relationship with assigned Enterprise customers, including increasing overall adoption, driving revenue growth, ensuring retention, and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate on joint strategic initiatives, conference breakout sessions, and educational webinars with customers to drive awareness and demand
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned customer and drive continued value of our service offerings
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the portfolio of customers managed and develop strategies to address them
  • Attend trade shows and other events to network and promote company services and build rapport with current customers
  • Maintain industry knowledge by taking advantage of internal and external education; regularly communicating the impact of industry developments and trends to customers you serve; must be a continuous learner
  • Advocate for customer needs and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes that improve overall customer experiences
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Previous experience working in the home care industry or RCM (revenue cycle management) client management experience preferred
  • Quick learner and a self-starter; must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to maintain strong relationships
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong proficiency with Excel to uncover insights and PowerPoint/Canva to organize and present findings with logical storytelling
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
