Versus Systems is seeking a seasoned Sr. Account Executive to spearhead the growth of our innovative SaaS advertising solutions. As the face of Click-Play-Win, you will be responsible for evangelizing our cutting-edge technology to key decision-makers across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the global team to set priorities and drive strategic decisions for expanding our market portfolios
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to close deals and achieve set team and individual quotas
- Act as a strategic advisor and consultant to prospects, framing the Click-Play-Win value proposition as a new and innovative solution
- Identify and pursue new opportunities through strategic cold outreach and other channels, such as industry events
- Prioritize and manage the sales funnel process from initial interest to negotiation and close, ensuring seamless integration post-acquisition
- Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers in partnership with Customer Success and Support teams
- Continuously assess the SaaS revenue operations and brand acquisition process to ensure efficient scaling while delivering an outstanding product and service experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of full-cycle experience in a quota-bearing sales role, preferably in a high-velocity, short sales cycle SaaS environment for various verticals
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present and build rapport with all levels and functions of an organization
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, partnering with business leaders and executives to drive impactful revenue growth
- Comfortable with change in a high-growth organization, demonstrating adaptability and effectiveness in new situations
- Start-up mentality, with a team-oriented, resilient, empathetic, and ego-free approach
