Position Summary: The Coffee Operations Manager role presents an exciting opportunity for professional growth and development. This position is designed to prepare individuals for the management of a designated store and its team.

As a Coffee Operations Manager, you will engage in comprehensive training by shadowing experienced store managers and collaborating closely with the District Manager. This hands-on experience will immerse you in the essential responsibilities that uphold our brand's dedication to excellence.

The role involves key responsibilities such as:

  • Recruiting, training, and developing staff to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Creating effective work schedules that align with business needs and employee availability.
  • Managing payroll accurately and addressing customer inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborating with the District Manager to enhance sales performance and monitor Key Performance Indicators.
  • Identifying opportunities for operational improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for coffee and the ability to inspire others.
  • Management experience in specialty coffee, retail, hospitality, or customer service is essential.
  • Experience in managing a profitable café or restaurant is preferred.
  • Must possess a current state-issued SERVSafe Manager Certificate.
  • Proven track record in recruiting, hiring, and managing teams.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and professional maturity.
  • Ability to understand and execute organizational goals and objectives.
  • Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience in reviewing financial reports and adhering to budgets.
  • Willingness to work full-time, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
  • Minimum High School diploma or GED.
