ABOUT FOOD & BEVERAGE
The Food & Beverage team is dedicated to providing a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring that products are fresh, well-stocked, and accurately priced. This team excels in operations, processes, and efficiency, overseeing all aspects of food and beverage services, including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, and promotional signage.
ROLE OF A STARBUCKS BARISTA
As a Starbucks Barista, you will have the opportunity to:
- Gain knowledge of guest service fundamentals and foster a guest-first culture.
- Deliver a consistent Starbucks experience by crafting high-quality beverages and food items.
- Manage food quality and freshness while adhering to food safety guidelines.
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Providing an exceptional guest experience by connecting with customers and prioritizing their needs.
- Upholding the Food and Beverage Standards and all Starbucks brand standards.
- Executing food and beverage processes, including deliveries, replenishment, and inventory management.
- Maintaining a welcoming dining area for guests at all times.
- Engaging with guests to understand their needs and enhance their experience.
- Completing all required training related to quality control and safety.
