Position Overview
The Client Engagement Coordinator is responsible for managing a client's waste disposal requirements and requests as outlined in their service agreement.

This position will also serve as an internal advisor to operational partners and contribute to developing a thorough understanding of business performance; identifying challenges and opportunities to improve customer experience.

The Client Engagement Coordinator adheres to established processes and exercises limited discretion in decision-making related to client requests and responsibilities.

Additionally, this role involves reviewing and approving client billing, including resolving discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate daily requests from technicians, compliance, or sales regarding changes or issues with clients' waste disposal needs.
  • Follow up on service complaints, requests for additional pickups, client inquiries, and/or enhancements to client accounts.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to manage any service disruptions or changes due to unforeseen circumstances and secure approvals for modifications.
  • Document and track client issues and logistical changes daily in client portals, along with billing tasks for larger accounts.
  • Proactively manage multiple client accounts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction by meeting client expectations as per their service agreement.
  • Foster positive client relationships and identify opportunities to upsell new account features as necessary.
  • Attend scheduled face-to-face meetings with clients.
  • Oversee all aspects of client projects across multiple databases, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of client records.
  • Provide clients with customized reporting, including shipping/tracking reports, detailed manifests, on-time delivery and pickup reporting, and waste accumulation analysis.
  • Deliver internal reports on client progress to relevant team members.
  • Ensure that waste disposal processes comply with internal and regulatory agency standards while maintaining high-quality levels.

Qualifications
Basic Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1+ years in account management OR High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of account management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to generate detailed, analytical reports by integrating data from various sources and databases with a keen attention to quality and procedures.

Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment focused on client satisfaction and effective task completion.

Familiarity with RCRA, DOT, DEA, and OSHA regulations is advantageous.

Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or environmental sectors is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and preferred familiarity with a related CRM system and practices.

Strong phone communication skills and active listening abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to utilize a computer for communication, information creation, and access.

Professional demeanor when interacting with customers and/or colleagues.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.

Capacity to follow directions or instructions accurately.

Willingness to travel up to 10% by car for client meetings and quarterly business reviews.
