Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated, creative, and results-oriented Client Solutions Specialist to enhance our Professional Services Department. This role is integral to our team, serving as the primary resource for implementing our software solutions in a dynamic, client-facing capacity that combines technical expertise with relationship management skills. The Client Solutions Specialist will oversee the technical deployment and offer guidance to clients, ensuring effective adoption of our solutions. Exceptional communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring a minimum of 2-3 days per week at our headquarters. While the preferred location is our main office, highly qualified remote candidates within the U.S. will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining product configurations and gathering requirements.
  • Help determine the necessary hardware, system software, and network configurations for implementations.
  • Configure Alogent products to align with client specifications outlined in documentation.
  • Participate in verification testing of client workflows.
  • Install Alogent products at client locations and within the Alogent Cloud, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide hands-on training to clients for the installation and operation of Alogent products.
  • Analyze and resolve complex client issues while maintaining excellent client relations.
  • Offer both on-site and remote support during client testing phases.
  • Deliver project tasks within established timelines and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with various departments on technical sales support, project turnover, and defect reporting.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for additional product and service sales to existing clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with implementing Alogent products or similar solutions, or a minimum of 3 years in hardware or software system implementation.
  • Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows-based software.
  • Familiarity with configuring and troubleshooting:
    • Windows operating systems in a network environment.
    • Windows Active Directory permissions.
    • Internet Information Services (IIS).
    • Microsoft SQL Server databases.
    • Basic networking knowledge such as HTTP, TCP, SMTP, POP.
    • T-SQL scripts.
    • Understanding of MSSQL database schemas.
    • Ability to interpret logs and diagnose root cause issues.
    • Familiarity with API integration support and testing tools.
    • Knowledge of security concepts and authentication methods.
    • Experience with business rules engine configuration.
  • Ability to write SQL scripts and generate SQL reports.
  • Strong analytical skills for resolving complex client challenges.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with individuals of varying technical expertise.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Team-oriented with strong relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Consistent and reliable time entry for billable engagements.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with mobile banking, online banking, enterprise content management, or check processing solutions.
  • Knowledge of integrations with SOAP and RESTful web services.
  • Understanding of security best practices.
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting:
    • Wide and local area networks.
    • SQL clusters.
    • VMWare environments.
    • Load-balanced solutions.
    • Containerized virtual machines (Docker).
    • Orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with software development and pseudocode writing.
  • Experience with financial technology software installation and troubleshooting.
  • Skills in using scripting languages, such as PowerShell, for automating application component installations.
  • Ability to interpret requirements and ensure solutions align with those needs.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with experience in full software development life-cycle methodologies.
  • Capability to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on company products and services.
  • Experience in conducting presentations.

Working Conditions:

  • This role may require weekend work or being on call after hours.
  • Domestic and international travel may be required up to 25% of the time.
