Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination
  • Oversee technology procurement for the Technology Solutions Group
  • Facilitate technology project initiatives
  • Support Technology Project Enablement efforts
Financial Oversight
  • Monitor financials and budgets
  • Engage in financial review processes
  • Coordinate capital planning activities
Administrative Assistance
  • Deliver administrative support to senior leadership
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Generate team communications and newsletters
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in financial management is essential
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Willingness to travel up to 5-10%
  • Availability for after-hours and weekend support may be necessary
