Senior Protective Services Coordinator

Springwell is in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator for our Protective Services division.
ROLE SUMMARY:
The Senior Protective Services Coordinator is responsible for providing consistent administrative and clinical oversight to Protective Services Agents engaged in the assessment of mistreatment, caregiver neglect, self-neglect, and financial abuse of individuals aged 60 and above. The Coordinator will conduct weekly meetings with agents to evaluate ongoing investigations, offer guidance, and ensure that agents are advancing effectively on their cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess new reports for potential investigation.
- Facilitate training for newly hired personnel.
- Engage in community outreach initiatives.
- Review documentation for quality assurance and compliance.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory; Master's Degree is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in crisis management, counseling, case oversight, or investigative roles is required.
- Previous supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to hold team members accountable and provide constructive feedback is essential.
- LCSW or LICSW credentials are preferred.
