Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee executives' schedules, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
  • Process expense reports promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
  • Manage email correspondence and draft messages on behalf of the executives.
  • Screen and route phone calls and emails efficiently.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Conduct research and compile reports as required.
  • Assist with various special projects as assigned.
  • Provide support to team members, including the VP of Investor Relations and VP of Finance.
  • Collaborate with other executive assistants and executives to promote efficiency across all functions.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Experience in the biotechnology sector is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the Wall Street investment community is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive under pressure.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Compensation:

The base salary will be determined by various factors, including the successful candidate's qualifications, skills, education, experience, business needs, and market conditions. The position may also be eligible for bonuses, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes flexible paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, vision, and life and disability insurance.
