The **Account Manager Trainee** will play a crucial role in promoting brand visibility and facilitating direct, one-on-one engagements to boost sales through effective customer interaction. You will collaborate closely with our clients' customers to deliver tailored experiences that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer requirements, manage existing accounts, enhance sales performance, and document outcomes to cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the customer demographic and our service offerings to recommend enhancements that will drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with fellow Account Manager Trainees to set, track, and achieve weekly sales targets and objectives.
  • Contribute to weekly sales meetings by sharing innovative ideas aimed at improving sales margins based on customer insights.
  • Thoroughly manage assigned territories and maintain detailed records of customer interactions to optimize sales efforts.
  • Engage in ongoing sales and leadership development through regular meetings, webinars, and collaborative calls with top-performing Sales Account Manager Trainees nationwide.

Qualifications for Success:

  • A college degree or relevant experience in account management or sales/marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven track record of building and sustaining effective customer relationships to achieve or surpass sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • A competitive spirit with a drive to excel.
  • Previous leadership experience is highly valued.
