Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with fellow Account Manager Trainees to set, track, and record weekly objectives and targets.
- Contribute to weekly sales meetings by sharing innovative ideas aimed at improving sales margins based on consumer insights.
- Thoroughly manage assigned territories and maintain records of all customer interactions to maximize sales potential in those areas.
- Pursue ongoing sales and leadership development through regular meetings, webinars, and collaborative calls with top Sales Account Manager Trainees nationwide.
Qualifications for Success:
- A college degree or relevant experience in account management or sales/marketing.
- Proven leadership skills to navigate challenges and act as a problem solver.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and sustain effective customer relationships to achieve or surpass sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A competitive spirit, with a desire to excel beyond peers.
- Previous leadership experience is highly valued.
