  • Contribute to weekly sales meetings by sharing innovative ideas aimed at improving sales margins based on consumer insights.
  • Thoroughly manage assigned territories and maintain records of all customer interactions to maximize sales potential in those areas.
  • Pursue ongoing sales and leadership development through regular meetings, webinars, and collaborative calls with top Sales Account Manager Trainees nationwide.

Qualifications for Success:

  • A college degree or relevant experience in account management or sales/marketing.
  • Proven leadership skills to navigate challenges and act as a problem solver.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and sustain effective customer relationships to achieve or surpass sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A competitive spirit, with a desire to excel beyond peers.
  • Previous leadership experience is highly valued.
