POSITION SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Representative collaborates closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSM) to achieve the company's sales goals. This role requires independent management of accounts, including outreach and relationship building with clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
- Utilizing internal systems, including the Live system and phone system, to manage sales activities.
- Adhering to all established Standard Operating Procedures for the Sales Department.
- Meeting or surpassing daily call quotas and targeting assigned accounts, which may involve cold calling and generating new sales leads.
- Employing creativity and initiative to build rapport with customers and gather essential information.
- Delivering exceptional customer service when addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Staying informed about new products and updates to existing offerings.
- Processing requests for price quotes and samples efficiently.
- Documenting opportunities and client information in the LIVE system, sharing insights with the RSM.
- Following up on leads generated through various channels, including direct mail and trade shows.
- Maintaining accurate records and promptly updating contact and lead information as directed.
- Utilizing presentation tools to demonstrate products to potential clients.
- Participating in training sessions as required.
- Understanding and aligning with sales objectives and strategies.
- Coordinating order processing with production to ensure timely delivery.
- Expanding and maintaining a database of potential clients.
- Keeping management updated on activities through timely correspondence.
- Following up with customers regarding quotes, proofs, and order-related inquiries.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance marketing efforts in the designated territory.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
ANALYTICAL SKILLS
- Advanced reasoning abilities, including problem definition, data collection, and conclusion drawing.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
- Excellent interpersonal and sales capabilities.
- Proficiency in lead generation strategies.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical demands of this position include:
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 10 lbs.
- Capability to sit for extended periods.
- Moderate manual dexterity for typing tasks.
